<b>According to report that submitted by NADRA, only 6805 votes were found that geniun out of total cast votes 84, 448  from 66 polling stations of that constituency of Faisal cantonenment, Shah Faisal colony, Council of the model colony malir town and some parts of Gulshan-e-Iqbal.</b><br />

<b>MQM Candidate Iqbal Muhammad Ali secured this seat in General Election.</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
<b>This win was challanged by Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf Candidate Zubair Khan's , who secured near 69000 votes.</b><br />

<b>According to NADRA report about rigging in Election 2013, 5893 people had cast their votes more than one time , while others 57, 642 votes had no record in the election list.</b></div>

<b>ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has presented a report to the Election Tribunal (ET) pertaining to the verification of thumb impressions on the votes cast in NA-258 Karachi constituency during May 11 general elections, Geo News reported Saturday.</b><br />
<br />
According to the report presented to the ET, the number of total votes cast at 18 polling stations was higher than the counter files.<br />
<br />
In the shocking revelations, the report stated that 658 voters cast more than one vote while 435 voters did not belong to the constituency. 386 counter ballot did not have the thumb impression at all. <br />
The report further revealed that a voter named Muhammad Saleh cast eight votes.<br />
<br />
The NIC numbers registered on the counter file no. 4680 were fake, the report stated. <br />
It may be mentioned that NADRA verified the thumb impressions of 46 polling stations out of 287. <br />
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidate Abdul Hakeem Baloch won the NA-258 seat during the May 11 elections.<br />

He claimed that local govt system in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would be a role model for the country.<br />

<b>The protest which started on May 12 at Lalak chow of Defence area continued for eight days  with a a large number of people including man and women expressing resolve to continue their movement for the progress of the country.</b><br />

<b>They refused to end the sit-in despite several appeals made by the local leaders of the PTI. However, the sit-in was finally called off after Imran Khan's request, which was conveyed to the protesters by his sister Aleema Khan.</b><br />
