Terrorists Arshad Mehrban and Dr Usman hanged till death. According to media sources, Both Terrorist starts crying before hanged. It is noted that Dr Usman Was Involved in GHQ Attack and Attack on Sri Lankan Team in 2009 at Liberty Chowk, Lahore. This phansi happened after Isha Prayer. Both Terrorists was very afraid and apologise for his crime. These both terrorists were in Central Jail Faisalabad. AFter issue Black Warrant, Both transfer to District Jail Faisalabad. Jail Manual also changed for this hanged person.
