<b>QUETTA: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam -Fazl (JUI_F) Secretary General, Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidri Friday said that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has failed to provide security to the candidates, Geo News reported.</b><br />

<b>Addressing 'Islam Zindabad Conference' here, Maulana Abdul  Ghafoor Haidri pledged that coming to power, his party would turn Pakistan into a welfare state, where there would be peace and the people would get their rights.</b><br />
