KARACHI: University of Karachi is going through a challanging stage with regards to fund as the university management did not even have the resources to provide retirement benefits and is in need of urgent financial aid.
According to sources, Karachi university's power expenses have gone up to Rs 20 thousands while its economical institution stability last 30 days was only Rs. 200,000.
Professor Monis ahmer from the karachi university said that 800 non-academic team were hired in former vice chancellor Peerzada Qasim's period, which is a problem on the organization.
Monis Ahmar also said that the karachi university could not enhance the circumstances of transport, canteen and collections because of deficiency of resources.
